Back To School Bundle: How To Enter
The Back To School Bundle opened at six o'clock this morning and closes at midnight on Sunday 20 September.
One family walks away with the lot: uniform for two children from Kestrel Bay Schoolwear, a term of after school club at Millgate Leisure, a year of bus passes, and enough stationery to lose most of it by half term.
How to enter
Listen for the cue. We play it three times a day through breakfast and drive, and once on a Saturday morning. When you hear it, go to the Competitions page and put your answer in the box.
One entry per household. The email address you use is how we contact you, so use one you actually read. We have had two winners in the last year who never answered the phone.
The question
You hear it on air with the cue. It is not hard, and it is not meant to be hard. It is there so the entry list is people who were listening, rather than people who found the page.
Who can enter
Anyone over eighteen living in the broadcast area. Staff, their households, and anybody working for the prize partners cannot enter, which is the usual and slightly sad small print.
When we draw it
The Monday after closing, live on air with Ada, at about twenty past eight.
We draw at random from the correct entries and we ring the winner while a record is playing. If they do not answer, we draw again. That has happened. It will happen again.
The rules in full
The full terms are on the competition page and they are worth two minutes if you are going to enter. The short version is that the prize is not transferable, there is no cash alternative, and we cannot post a uniform to somebody in another county.
Good luck. Somebody has to win it.
